I had not really the intention to keep something from this litter, as the mother was still quite young.
But then Alice gave us a very big litter. The mating was already not problem at all and went really quick. Fertility is a bit of a problem in Fields. There was no question that I have to secure from this litter some dogs for my breeding program.
I am very happy about the development of Blanche.
She is very trainable and co-operative, which is not always the case in Fields. She loves Dummy training, is also quite interested in hunting. We will start showing her very soon.

Jack has not a lot of merits. He has been shown very lightly. He got "excellent" with CK and I believe, that a Champion title is not a guarantee for a good Sire and offspring! And by the way, Jack would easily finish, if he would be shown more often.
Jack has a good temperament, very friendly and open. Personally I have been very exited, how easy the mating went. He has a good stamina, what unfortunately many Field Spaniel males lack a bit.
